Modern mountain retreat wrapped in stone and glass. Open living areas flow to outdoor terraces with mountain views. Two short steps lead to the master suite; all other rooms are on the main level. The den offers two Twin XL daybeds, and the bunk room’s Twin XLs can convert to a King on request.

Other Details to Note

Please note: the main entrance requires a step, and the master suite has two short steps. Patio arbor attracts seasonal bees around trumpet vines. The bunk room includes a landing with steps to the laundry area — a retractable baby gate is installed; please use it if you have young children. Darts are provided in the garage but stored safely out of reach of children. Five exterior cameras are on the property: two Ring cameras at the front door and garage for guest check-in, one overlooking the driveway for access and winter conditions, one on a tree facing the forest and game trail, and a high-resolution camera on the patio corner aimed at the Stuart Range that captures view photos and time-lapses for our website (never the patio while guests are present). All are motion-activated, record video only (no audio), and there are no interior cameras.

320 Palouse sits on Peoh Point ridge at 2,500 feet — 600 feet above Cle Elum, with panoramic views of the Stuart Range and cleaner, cooler air than the valley below. The ridge is quiet and forested, with deer, birds of prey, and exceptional night skies. Cle Elum (groceries, restaurants, gas) is 7 miles / 14 minutes down the hill. Roslyn is 19 minutes; Suncadia 24 minutes. Hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing on the Yakima River, and skiing at Snoqualmie Pass (36 mi / 41 min) are all within easy reach.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the home and surrounding property. Entry is through the main door (one step) with self check-in via a Schlage smart lock. A unique code will be provided before arrival.

A car is essential — the property is on a rural ridge road with no public transit. Palouse Road is paved; the driveway is gravel land accessible year-round (4WD or all-season tires recommended in winter). Seattle is 89 miles / 87 minutes west via I-90; Ellensburg 22 miles / 28 minutes east; Leavenworth 59 miles / 70 minutes; Yakima 50 miles / 57 minutes. A Level 2 EV charger (40A) is available at the property.
